Welcome to Seesun. By placing an order or interacting with our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern all sales, services, and use of our products and website. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

All orders and transactions with Seesun are subject to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Seesun. Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify final approval. Seesun reserves the right to cancel or limit any order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving pricing errors, product availability, or concerns over artwork or trademark usage.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, pricing errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders accordingly.

We accept major credit cards and may offer terms to approved accounts. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. Delinquent accounts may be subject to late fees and order holds.

4. Minimum Orders

Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the product. Please refer to individual product listings or contact your sales representative for details.

5. Production and Lead Times

Production times vary by product and begin after artwork approval and payment (if applicable). Estimated production times are provided as a guide and may be affected by inventory levels, seasonal volume, or unforeseen delays.

6. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped FOB from our warehouse or fulfillment center. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Seesun is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for inspecting deliveries upon receipt and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 5 business days.

7. Returns and Claims

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted with prior written authorization. Claims for defective products, incorrect shipments, or other issues must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Approved claims may result in replacement, credit, or refund at Seesun’s discretion.

8. Artwork and Customization

We require high-resolution artwork to produce custom orders. Digital proofs may be provided for approval prior to production. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and approve all proofs. Once approved, Seesun is not responsible for errors in spelling, layout, or artwork.

Additional charges may apply for extensive artwork changes or setup fees.

9. Trademarks and Copyright

By submitting artwork, logos, or trademarks, the customer represents and warrants that they have the legal right to use such content. Seesun assumes no liability for the unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked material provided by the customer.

We reserve the right to decline any order that includes content we deem inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful.

10. Product Variations

Due to manufacturing processes, minor variations in color, size, or print placement may occur. These are considered acceptable within industry standards and are not grounds for return or credit.

11. Website Use

All content on the Seesun website, including images, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Seesun and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Unauthorized use of our website or content may result in legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

Seesun is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our liability, if any, is limited to the value of the products sold.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from transactions with Seesun shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within California.
